Dave Watson 1:45:15 in the BDCA 50 on Saturday 3rd August.

What a fantastic ride Dave, beating the 31 year old club comp record held by John Dixson by a massive 5 minutes 15 seconds.

Respect!!!

I already held the club record with 1.46.01 and have have held it for several years with other times quicker than John Dixon's time. I obviously need to send you my current times if the club records are that out of date.

Thanks for the information Dave, the website has now been updated.

I guess that you missed the email that I sent to you and Sharon on 1st November 2012, asking for all the information that you have regarding club records as I only received a reply from Sharon. ;) ;)

The information on the website is also intended to show as much history of club records as possible.

I have today discovered that there is a multiple search filter that can be used on the results page on the CTT website so I have just spent ages searching for your records that predate the information on your post. However if you could let me have any information that you have on your records it would really help me to cross-check the information. Send it by email if it helps.

If any other members have any further information on club record history it would be most welcome as this sort of information is difficult to find.

Don

Did no one ever keep past club handbooks that listed all the club records over the years, as am sure riders such as Sheila and Edie must have held some of the original ladies' records that pre-date Wendy's??? and well done Dave... again.
