I've managed to get some information about the nearest event to us, in the Pearl Izumi Tour Series.

It's in Redditch town centre on Tuesday 4th June and includes the Johnson Grand Prix Series Round 3 AND the Pearl Izumi Tour Series Round 7.

The Programme for the event is as follows:-

15:15 New College 'Student' v 'Staff' races then local business races on Unicorn Hill and

16:15 Music / entertainment / Fire Service parade
16:30 British Cycling/ Redditch Road & Path CC time trial races on 0.9 mile circuit
17:30 Grand Prix ladies enter circuit for warm up
18:00 Johnsons Healthcare Tech Ladies Grand Prix (Round 3 of 5)
18:45 Tour Series riders enter circuit for warm up
19:30 Pearl Izumi Tour Series (Round 7 of 11)
21:00 Podium presentations

I understand that, as one of the biggest Pearl Izumi Dealers in the area - Ride Cycle Sport, at 6 Holbrook Lane, Coventry have been asked to promote the event...
So on Saturday, June 1st, AND Tuesday June 4th they will be giving the first 125 customers, who make a purchase (even a single energy gel!) a free Pearl Izumi bottle, supporter bang sticks and head band. Hidden in two of the 125 bottles will be a silver or golden ticket. If you are lucky enough to get the silver ticket you will win £100 worth of Pearl Izumi clothing and if you get the gold ticket you will win £200 worth!

On Tuesday (the day of the event in Redditch) each customer will get a Pearl Izumi cup cake as well.

So a visit to Ride could set you up nicely for the nearest of the Pearl Izumi Tour Series @ Redditch.
